Note: Add-ons and toolbars can affect any browser's performance.

MS Internet Explorer is not recommended. If you are using MS Internet Explorer 9 and experience problems accessing any of our online resources please visit this page for assistance.

Software to be used during your course

MS Office

Microsoft Office: To view all the resources on the online learning system you will need to have Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or an equivalent (e.g. Open Office, Viewer) installed.

Adobe Reader

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC: To view, complete and submit written assessments you will require the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. For a video tutorial on how to download and install Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, please click here.
We also recommend you set Adobe Acrobat Reader DC as your default program. Click here to view a video tutorial on how to set it as your default on PC or Mac.

Digital signature

Digital Signature: To verify and acknowledge your assessment submissions you will be required to include a digital signature. Click here for a video tutorial on how create a your digital signature.



With all firewalls, ensure that you enable uploading of files.
